National Championship Preview

UCONN vs. Kentucky for the national title. This would have been expected in like 1998, but definetly not this year. UCONN as a 7 seed, that struggled down the stretch. Kentucky an 8, that struggled all year until the SEC tournament. They've turned it on ever since. Although they've trailed at half they've responded with big runs, and great finishes. The Harrison twins playing great. Obviously Aaron with the 2 winners are more notable, they've both played solid. James young has been great, as well as Alex Poythress who got hurt in a celebration last night. He's questionable as well is big man willie Cauley-Stein. He's missed the last 2 games, but dakari Johnson and Marcus Lee have played great! I have been a huge Kentucky critic all year. I thought they had no chance to win it all, and they've proved me wrong. But I don't think they can win 1 more. Napier and boatright will dominate the Kentucky backcourt. Daniels has been great, and will stretch the defense. And Nolan and Brimah have size that Kentucky hasn't seen yet. The key will be if Niles Giffey can nock down a few 3's. He's been struggling this tournament and they need him. My prediction is UCONN will cut down the nets with the score being 71-67. Napier will be MOP and Ollie will get a huge payday.
